We have been working allot with chroma key lately and some people have asked what software we use.  For out of the studio shoots we use a greenscreen purchased at TubeTape.com, 2-3 softboxes and shoot with a Panasonic HVX200 or Canon 7D.  As far as software we do all keying in After Effects and keylight.  For still images you can use photoshop to key out the green, but since AE exports .psds its easier just to utilize it in the workflow.
